Superheater is one of the boiler components that works to heat saturated steam coming out drum, by utilizing hot gases from combustion. In this study using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and SA-213 grade T91 T22, these two materials require Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT). One crucial factors in PWHT holding time, because time aims obtain a homogeneous temperature microstructure can affect mechanical properties material. This research was conducted find how effect on T22 hardness values. The results micro test show dominance pearlite martensite will decrease with increasing there also difference grain size increase which associated value. value especially weld metal area, getting highest specimen 15 minutes 237.67 HVN lowest 45 201.1 HVN.
